Returns & 100-Night Trial
We understand that there may be situations where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 100-night trial period on eligible products.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Complete and in Original Condition
The product must include all original parts and components. Any accessories provided with the order must also be returned.
Normal Use
The product may only show signs of normal use consistent with testing during the 100-night trial period. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Hygiene Products
Products for which hygiene is important must be cleaned thoroughly before the return process is initiated.
Defective Upon Arrival
If the product was defective upon delivery, we will provide a replacement free of charge. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please contact us for assistance.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product arrived defective or damaged, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, you will receive confirmation and your refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we determine that they have been damaged through improper use or are not returned in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
How to Request a Return

- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

After receiving your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please do not send any returns to the sender's address without prior authorization. We will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request.
Unless the product arrived defective or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Withdrawal Period
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 100 nights of receiving your order, beginning on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
The withdrawal process is considered complete once we have received and inspected the returned product.
Unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Notice
As some of our products may be shipped directly from international fulfillment centers, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, please wait until you receive the order and then follow the return procedure described above.
You are welcome to notify us of your intention to cancel before delivery.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding any shipping charges and any additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by you that differs from our standard shipping option.
Refunds will be issued as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received and approved the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
